Statutory data call

10 USC 392a requires the Principal Cyber Advisor to review each proposed cyber budget and certify to the Secretary, by January 31 of the year before the fiscal year, whether each is adequate; requires the Secretary to report every uncertified budget to Congress by March 31; and tasks the Deputy Principal Cyber Advisor with identifying shortfalls in capabilities for missions in and through cyberspace.

This workspace assembles the data call the statute requires. Adequacy reflects the dispositions analysts record here.
